PDI + VCU School of Engineering Present International Data Center Day
February 17, 2020
RICHMOND, VA
PDI and the VCU College of Engineering team invite you to attend International Data Center Day at VCU’s Engineering campus on March 25th 2020. This meeting is designed to link companies and groups that participate in the data center business together to create new opportunities and increase the visibility of our businesses in and around data centers. There are 833 students currently enrolled in the mechanical, electrical and computer engineering program at VCU. This meeting will allow industry leaders to meet with and increase the visibility of the data center business and the diverse company types that are involved. In the State Of Virginia, data centers have become an important economic driver for the state and thus there is a responsibility held by those employed in the business to drive visibility through programs like this in order to sustain the advantage that Virginia holds for landing data centers. Industry leaders are being asked to attend and be prepared to talk about employment opportunities through internships and / or financial assistance through scholarships. Here is the schedule, due to the number of people that may attend we ask that each group / company limit the number of attendees to 2. Please use this link to RSVP by 2/28/2020.
