Level I
- 2 Comprehensive Pre-scheduled Preventative Maintenance visits annually by our Factory Trained Customer Service Engineers to:
- Perform a thorough visual inspection of all parts (bulbs, displays, missing hardware, cleanliness) and make any needed corrections
- Verify and calibrate all monitoring components
- Verify proper operation and condition of the system
- Check system for proper load balance, kVA usage and for building alarm status
- Provide complete reporting on all services rendered
- Perform Infrared Scanning of Internal Connections: A sure way to detect potential failure by seeking out the hot spots that lead to component deterioration and disaster before they occur.
- 4 Hour Response Time in a Down Time Situation
- 24 Hour telephone technical assistance from PDI Field Service Engineers
- Costs for PDI parts and labor required to correct any problems or keep the system in good operating condition
- Guaranteed Parts Availability
Level IB
- 1 Comprehensive Pre-scheduled Preventative Maintenance visits annually by our Factory Trained Customer Service Engineers to perform duties as listed above
- 4 Hour Response Time in a Down Time Situation
- 24 Hour telephone technical assistance from PDI Field Service Engineers
- Costs for PDI parts and labor required to correct any problems or keep the system in good operating condition
- Guaranteed Parts Availability
Level II
- 1 Comprehensive Pre-scheduled Preventive Maintenance visit annually by our Factory Trained Customer Service Engineers to perform duties as listed above.
- This program covers all labor expenses incurred by PDI for these services
- No remedial services
