Santa Ana, CA., August 29, 2008 – Onyx Power, Inc. a leading designer and manufacturer of custom power
magnetics and power distribution equipment for the data center, telecommunications and alternative energy
industries, has been acquired by Richmond, VA based Power Distribution, Inc (“PDI”), a Bertram Capital portfolio
company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
