HOWELL, MI., January 31, 2008 – Marelco Power Systems, Inc. a leading designer and manufacturer of custom transformers and other electrical devices for the power control, motion control and alternative energy industries, has been acquired by Palo Alto, California based private equity firm Bertram Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
